The Vodafone–Three merger is now official. Vodafone UK and Three UK have joined forces to become VodafoneThree, the UK’s largest mobile network operator with 27 million customers. Customers will benefit from seamless roaming across networks at no extra cost.

Led by Vodafone UK’s Max Taylor as CEO, the new company plans to invest £11 billion over the next decade, aiming to connect every community in the UK and creating one of Europe’s most advanced 5G networks.
