From a small electrical appliance store in Fortress Hill in 1975 to 70 stores across Hong Kong and Macao today, Fortress has built on five decades of innovation and trust. The brand has led with Offline plus Online (O+O) strategies such as “Chat & Buy”, consistently embracing innovation to enhance customer experience, while supporting green living through sustainability initiatives. Celebrations for its 50th anniversary include marketing campaigns, in-store activations, member-exclusive promotions, the Better Living Awards and a new mascot, ForteBee, which represents Fortress’ spirit of innovation, sustainability and community.
